In April 2009, we had our first baby girl and while sitting up in the hospital bed at 3am nursing, I had an idea to make the standard issued infant “hospital hat” better and more appealing for little girls. Everyone at the hospital constantly asked “is it a boy or girl?” With the I am Not A Boy™ Infant Hospital Hat people will be able to tell when they are all standing around the nursery windows. We received so many compliments from nurse staff and other parents that I began hand making them in the hospital for others. After leaving the hospital, the idea really caught on locally in Charlotte and I felt this could be a great benefit to people all over the country. Since then, I have expanded the business into many other children's accessories. I hope that you will stay a while and enjoy our products.
